Where I've been

Ten years, one direction

Each step added a new side to the work.

  1. 01

    Frontend

Turned a hobby into a profession, then led the frontend.

  2. 02

    Full stack

Learned to build from how a business makes money, not just a spec.

  3. 03

    Founder

Ran a studio of five developers, and learned what code alone can't do.

  4. 04

    Team lead

Led a remote team, and owned engineering and quality.

  5. 05

    End to end

Product, engineering, leadership, and growth, with one owner.

From brief to launch

How I work

Four stages, one owner. Most projects fail in the handover between them. I take that handover out.

Before any code: what problem we're solving, for whom, and what it's worth to the business.

  • A clear scope and priorities
  • The business case, in numbers
  • A plan the team can execute

Modern stack, clean structure, tested end to end. Built so the next person can move fast in it.

  • Architecture that grows with the product
  • Tests that catch problems before users do
  • Admin tools the business runs on

Standards and ownership. I stay close enough to the code to review it and stop what would ship broken.

  • A team that knows where it's going
  • Code review and quality gates
  • Process that sticks after I step back

Launch is only the start. Pricing, onboarding, and user flows decide what happens next.

  • Pricing and monetization logic
  • Onboarding and user journeys
  • Numbers that tell you what to do next

What I build with

One system, many tools

Tools serve the logic, not the other way around. These are the ones I reach for, from the first screen to the server behind it, the data underneath and the way it ships.

Pick a layer to light it up, or drag the sphere to turn it.

Your turn

Have something worth building?

A new product, a platform that needs a new direction, or a team that needs structure. Pick whichever way suits you.
